ashlee and matt collins
Ash grew up in Eumundi helping her Mum in hospitality and remembers the historic Old Bakery as a hair salon in the 80s!
She has been a local hairdresser for 27 years with Salon Eumundi operating from the building for several years and has three children – Bella, (Bella 101’s namesake) Frankie and Mateo.
When the opportunity arose to take over the restaurant premises, Ash and Matt jumped at the chance to create a space where locals can come together to eat, drink and celebrate – somewhere affordable and beautiful for friends and families to relax and unwind.
Ash gets her passion for great coffee, food and wine from her international travels.
benni molloy
Born and raised in Eumundi, Benni went to primary school with Ash and they have been friends ever since.
Benni did his chefing apprenticeship in the same kitchen and building as Bella 101 in 1995. He has worked across Australia in many well-known restaurants including the last five years at a vegan cafe in Tasmania.
Benni loves being back in his home town and cooking for the locals – visit Thursday nights for Benni’s specials!
olivia thomson
Liv grew up in Noosa, attended school in Tewantin and is loving the country life in Cooran with her husband Blair, their daughters Arabella and Esther and their two rottweilers, Nala & Dyson.
She has a passion for interior design, graphic design, party planning and more! Liv also directs OAK+STONE Interior Design, a full-service interior design studio.
